For the export you need:
Individuals
- ID card copy
- Registration certificate of your local community/civil office
- Net invoice amount plus deposit to German VAT (19%).
- Referral back of the security deposit after submission of a copy of the vehicle registration / registration certificate.
If car is not picked up personally:
(In addition) - written authorisation and copy of collector's ID card
Companie
- VAT ID No.
- Excerpt from the commercial register
- ID card copy of company representative
- Entry in the commercial register
- Company address and legal status
- Net invoice amount plus deposit to German VAT (19%).
- Referral back of the security deposit after submission of a copy of the vehicle registration / registration certificate.
- With presentation of a valid / certified UID number and §17 UStDV (pickup detection) is possible only to pay the net amount.
If car is not picked up personally:
(In addition) - written authorisation and copy of collector's ID card
Payment
- Net without deposit, down payment 500 € in some cases.
- Tariffs and overpass mark = 30.00 €
- If you wish German Fahrzeugbrief = 100.00 €
(If the COC-Dokument not sufficient) - COC-Dokument = free
- We bring you and your vehicle to the registration office and help with registration. Assistance € 10.00 per hour
If the vehicle has been brought abroad, we need a copy of the registration on your behalf.
The best get the vehicle on Monday, as the licensing authority of 9.00 - 19.00 am always open.
